Barbara Sorhe has been a lifelong advocate for others, always fighting for those facing injustice. As she and the people around her began having children, Barbara noticed that more and more of those instances were happening throughout prenatal care and in the delivery room. As a woman's body is the first and foremost safe haven for an unborn child, both mother and child need a fearless defender. Barbara's goal is to extend that safe haven into the mother's environment.
At Lifegiving Bodies, we believe in empowering women to take charge of their birth experience. Our doula services are rooted in personal care and understanding, inspired by the founder’s journey. We provide continuous support during pregnancy and labor, fostering a nurturing environment for mothers to blossom. Our aim is to create positive birth experiences that women can cherish.
